Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and CoastalStream Financial & Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Reliable broker

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from CoastalStream Financial & Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Does the job
CoastalStream Financial & Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Kitchener. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with CoastalStream Financial & Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
