Slow and unresponsive
CoastalStone Insurance Agency was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Could be better

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with CoastalStone Insurance Agency. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from CoastalStone Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Mixed feelings
