Helpful but slow
The broker at CoastalShore Insurance Services was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Made insurance easy

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from CoastalShore Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Solid broker
CoastalShore Insurance Services is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Does the job
CoastalShore Insurance Services helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Huntsville. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.
