Lost my documents
CoastalRock Insurance Group lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with CoastalRock Insurance Group. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Mixed feelings
