Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from CoastalRock Financial & Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
CoastalRock Financial & Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through CoastalRock Financial & Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Great for home insurance
