Does the job

Fair pricing
CoastalPeak Brokerage offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with CoastalPeak Brokerage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
