Poor communication
My biggest issue with CoastalMount Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at CoastalMount Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Slow and unresponsive
CoastalMount Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
