Multi-policy savings
Combined our home, auto, and cottage insurance through CoastalGrove Insurance Advisors. The multi-policy discount was substantial and managing everything through one broker is so convenient.

Okay but not great
Used CoastalGrove Insurance Advisors for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with CoastalGrove Insurance Advisors. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Five stars all around

Room for improvement
CoastalGrove Insurance Advisors handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
