Reliable broker
Been with CoastalDale Insurance Services for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Happy with the savings

Room for improvement
CoastalDale Insurance Services handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with CoastalDale Insurance Services. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Disappointing experience
