Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with CoastalDale Insurance Services. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Five stars all around
Switched to CoastalDale Insurance Services on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Helpful but slow
The broker at CoastalDale Insurance Services was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about CoastalDale Insurance Services. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
