Helpful but slow
The broker at CoastalBrook Risk Solutions was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from CoastalBrook Risk Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Reliable broker
Been with CoastalBrook Risk Solutions for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Couldn't be happier
