Poor communication
My biggest issue with CoastalBridge Brokerage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Fair pricing
CoastalBridge Brokerage offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Solid broker

Room for improvement
CoastalBridge Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at CoastalBridge Brokerage was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
