Poor communication
My biggest issue with Coastal Insurance Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Great for home insurance

Slow and unresponsive
Coastal Insurance Solutions was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
