Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Coastal Insurance Brokers. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Room for improvement
Coastal Insurance Brokers handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Coastal Insurance Brokers. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
