Fair pricing
Coastal Brokerage offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Coastal Brokerage. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Solid broker
Coastal Brokerage is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Coastal Brokerage was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
