Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Clearview Brokerage. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Decent service

Helpful staff
The staff at Clearview Brokerage were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Clearview Brokerage. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Family business feel
Clearview Brokerage has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Clearview Brokerage. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Clearview Brokerage was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
