Perfect for small business

Room for improvement
ClearSpring Financial & Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Great for home insurance

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with ClearSpring Financial & Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with ClearSpring Financial & Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
