Got my tenant insurance through ClearPath Insurance Group. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Mixed feelings

I had mixed feelings about ClearPath Insurance Group. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication

My biggest issue with ClearPath Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Does the job

ClearPath Insurance Group helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Niagara Falls. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Could be better

The rates ClearPath Insurance Group found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
