Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, ClearGrove Insurance Services was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from ClearGrove Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Amazing customer service
The staff at ClearGrove Insurance Services are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with ClearGrove Insurance Services. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about ClearGrove Insurance Services. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
