Poor communication
My biggest issue with ClearFalls Insurance Advisors was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Five stars all around
Switched to ClearFalls Insurance Advisors on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Could be better
The rates ClearFalls Insurance Advisors found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
