Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about ClearBay Insurance Partners. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with ClearBay Insurance Partners was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Room for improvement
ClearBay Insurance Partners handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
