Claudio used to be my broker with Forstar insurance brokers. He made a mistake and didn’t have the proper documentation for my car insurance. This resulted in my monthly fee increasing by $250 per month. Claudio then failed to contact me to let me know of the increase and this resulted in me paying too much insurance for months. When Claudio left the company, he did not transfer my case to another broker and left me completely out to dry. Claudio is an unprofessional and incompetent broker. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
