Slow and unresponsive
Clarke & Matthews Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Okay but not great
Used Clarke & Matthews Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Would recommend to anyone

Five stars all around
Switched to Clarke & Matthews Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Clarke & Matthews Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Good value
I appreciate that Clarke & Matthews Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.
