Responsive and caring

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Clark & Walsh Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Clark & Walsh Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Pretty good

Helpful but slow
The broker at Clark & Walsh Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Clark & Walsh Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
