Poor communication
My biggest issue with Clark & Partners Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Multi-policy savings

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Clark & Partners Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Room for improvement
Clark & Partners Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
