Wonderful experience

Lost my documents
Clark & Harper Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Clark & Harper Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Clark & Harper Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
