Fair pricing
Clark & Gagnon Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Good value

Helpful but slow
The broker at Clark & Gagnon Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Clark & Gagnon Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
