Room for improvement
Clark & Clarke Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Clark & Clarke Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Clark & Clarke Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
