Helpful staff
The staff at Clark & Associates Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Clark & Associates Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Clark & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Good overall experience
