A good insurance brokerage firm. I have interacted with insurance broker named Keisha at this firm and my experience with her was great. She was very responsive , professional , honest in her dealing and interactions with me. I felt positive doing business with her. I should also make a mention of the receptionist- he was welcoming when I entered their office , also smiled and wished me goodbye just as I was about to exit their office.

Ive been a CJ Campbell customer for over 10 years now. They have always given 10/10 service, been responsive and easy to communicate with, and really gone above and beyond to help out. Monique takes great care of me, but I was recently helped out by Keisha as well. Amazing team! Would recommend them to everyone (and definitely have).

Ashley was friendly, polite, professional and excellent at communicating both via email and on the telephone. Ashley put together a quote in a timely manner and kept me updated as to next steps and when I’d hear from her next. I recently switched over to CJ Campbell Insurance after being handed off from broker to broker at BrokerLink. I hit my limit with BrokerLink when I asked them to shop around for Insurance and one of the junior brokers agents just said no (one of the fundamental reasons to have a broker is shopping for their clients). After going through the motions with BrokerLink, I gave CJ Campbell a call and was in touch with Dave Parker, he did an outstanding job taking the time to understand my needs and getting me into the right policy. They truly made my life easier and saved me lots of time and money so I could focus my efforts on my business.
