Solid broker
Civic Insurance Solutions is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Okay but not great
Used Civic Insurance Solutions for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Couldn't be happier

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Civic Insurance Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
