Okay but not great
Used Civic Insurance Group for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Civic Insurance Group. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Solid broker
Civic Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
