Helpful staff

Slow and unresponsive
Civic Insurance Advisors was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Civic Insurance Advisors. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
Civic Insurance Advisors handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
