Quick and efficient

Room for improvement
Civic Financial & Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Civic Financial & Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

The rates Civic Financial & Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Civic Financial & Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Civic Financial & Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
