Bad customer service with getting help canceling a policy, just accused me of being someone else the whole time in front of the store, called icbc and they said they should have done it. These guys do not call the head office or follow the guidelines, avoid this store and the superstore in abbotsford on gladwin as they work there too and are all family unfortunately.

I've been coming to this location for over 10 years. They are super friendly, honest and truly care about their clients. This is the only place I'd ever go for my Auto insurance.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to cancel my moms insurance who has passed away, and they were completely rude and hostile. I had called head office prior to find out what I needed and was told if they needed help to call this line. They told me “no I will not be calling them”. They accused us of being someone else, they wouldn’t even give us there names, nothing. Terrible service towards someone who is dealing with something hard enough of already.

This business has very poor customer service and lacks professionalism and knowledge. One daughter filled out a form for us, but the next day another daughter said it wasn’t supposed to be done. When we asked, they refused to provide the name of the agent. Their communication with clients is extremely poor, and there is zero accountability. The most concerning part is that the daughters were signing their father’s name on documents. Overall, this is an unprofessional family-run business with no proper standards.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this insurance office entirely. The level of service we received was not just poor—it was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. I will be formally reporting this incident to Sussex, as the behavior we encountered was completely unacceptable. The owner appears to have placed his daughters at the front desk, but unfortunately, they seem to have no training or understanding of basic customer service. One of them was not only dismissive and loud but also outright rude. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional—it’s demeaning and hostile. There was no sense of courtesy, no willingness to help, and absolutely no accountability. It felt like we were being treated as a nuisance rather than valued clients. If this is how they treat people on a regular basis, I’m genuinely concerned for anyone who has to deal with them. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.
