Great for bundling

Fair pricing

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Chen & Partners Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Room for improvement
Chen & Partners Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
