Does the job
Chen & McGregor Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Cowansville. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Chen & McGregor Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Chen & McGregor Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Chen & McGregor Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
