I appreciate that Chen Insurance Services shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Reliable broker
Been with Chen Insurance Services for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Chen Insurance Services. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Okay but not great
Used Chen Insurance Services for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
