Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Chen & Dean Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Okay but not great
Used Chen & Dean Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Helpful staff

Lost my documents
Chen & Dean Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
