Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Chen & Co. Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Pretty good

Fair pricing
Chen & Co. Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Chen & Co. Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Great for bundling

Five stars all around
