Room for improvement
Chase & Partners Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to Chase & Partners Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Does the job
Chase & Partners Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Sault Ste. Marie. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Chase & Partners Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Chase & Partners Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
