Made insurance easy

Good value
I appreciate that Chase & Partners Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Chase & Partners Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Chase & Partners Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
