Helpful staff
The staff at Chase & MacLeod Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Chase & MacLeod Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Okay but not great
Used Chase & MacLeod Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
