Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Chase Insurance Ltd.. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Good value
I appreciate that Chase Insurance Ltd. shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Chase Insurance Ltd. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
