Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Chase & Baxter Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Chase & Baxter Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
