Slow and unresponsive
Chapman & Richards Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Chapman & Richards Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Chapman & Richards Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Mixed feelings
