Fair pricing
Chapman & Partners Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Room for improvement
Chapman & Partners Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Could be better
The rates Chapman & Partners Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Okay but not great
Used Chapman & Partners Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
