Family business feel
Chapman Insurance Services has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Chapman Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Solid broker
Chapman Insurance Services is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
