Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Chapman Insurance Services. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Lost my documents
Chapman Insurance Services lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Chapman Insurance Services. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
