Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Chapman Insurance Ltd.. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Chapman Insurance Ltd. was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Five stars all around
Switched to Chapman Insurance Ltd. on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Chapman Insurance Ltd.. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
